Last year IFMA did a Hard Hat Tour of the Avenue North Tower. Now you can hear from Scott Austin, the Facilities Manager at Morris James LLP about their new Avenue North Tower Headquarters and get a tour of their 6 floors.
Delaware firm Morris James LLP in September, 2025 celebrated its move from downtown to a new headquarters in a 12-story building in north Wilmington, a relocation that firm leaders said is aimed at best meeting attorney and client needs and practicing law in a modernized setting.
Managing partner Keith E. Donovan and Sherry A. Leary, the firm's chief operating officer, told Law360 Pulse recently that the move to a building in a "live-work-play" campus on Avenue North Boulevard marks a new era in the firm's nearly century-long history.
Scott has gained a vast amount of knowledge working with Skilled Trades, Vendors, Operations and Maintenance, Technology and Property Management over the past 21 years.

aGILENT Technologies is back on the ifma calendar
Agilent Technologies is a global leader in analytical instrumentation and development. The company has recently made over $30 million in investments across two Delaware sites. Within the Little Falls facility (just across from CSC), Agilent develops, manufactures, markets, and trains customers on their signature gas chromatographs and mass spectrometers. Recent investments include state-of-the-art laboratory renovation, the addition of Agilent University to its customer wing, and the addition of four new labs to support field service training. In addition, Little Falls is a field service engineer training hub, hosts the contract service support, and revitalizes instruments within the certified preowned division.
Members of Agilent's team will present and provide us with a tour. You don't want to miss this fascinating facility that will leave you talking!
