This will be the 19th Annual IFMA Delaware Golf Outing. Again this year we are raising funds for Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County. This partnership with Habitat over the last several years has help insure that Habitat can keep building multiple homes each year for families in need of decent shelter. IFMA continues to choose Habitat of New Castle County because of the obvious linkage of Facility Management and home ownership. We also recognize that the Habitat organization in New Castle County is a very successful organization building many homes each year with $0.85 of every dollar donated going directly to tools, materials and supplies to build homes. Each year at our golf outing we hear about Habitat's progress and get to meet a new homeowner!
The IFMA Golf Outing is a complete day of fun and business. There are many sponsorships available so a business gets noticed. There are also auctions and raffles for prizes such as gift certificates, sports memorabilia and office equipment and furniture. IFMA is proud of our accomplishment of running a golf outing for 19 years. The success really comes form the willingness of our many sponsors, gift donators and volunteers for the day. Come and play or look to sponsor or donate to our outing and in turn feel good about being a part of an effort that really improves the lives of a family in New Castle County.
