DE Chapter 2009-2010 Balanced Score Card
In November, 2009, the Strategic Planning Committee met for half a day to review last year's Balanced Scorecard, and set a new roadmap for the Delaware Chapter of IFMA. The recommendations of the committee were presented to the Full Board (Executive Committee plus Committee Chairs). After review and discussion, the Full Board approved the Balanced Scorecard. As you read through the objectives, targets and initiatives you will see that we are well on our way towards accomplishing our initiatives.
