Chapter Recognition & Awards
Award of Excellence in Web Communication
In 2006, the International Facility Management Association presented the Delaware Chapter of IFMA with the Award of Excellence in Web Communication at its Annual Awards of Excellence Dinner in San Diego, California. The Award recognized the Chapter's Web Site as a model for engaging Chapter Members and keeping up a constant flow of information from the Chapter to the individual Member in an effective and interactive way. This process continues and will be refined going forward into the future.
Award of Excellence for Membership Marketing
In 2008 the International Facility Management Association presented the Delaware Chapter of IFMA with the Award of Excellence for Membership Marketing at its Annual Awards of Excellence Dinner in Dallas, Texas. The Award recognized the Chapter's Membership and Marketing Committee for reaching out to prospective members and current members to provide a broad spectrum of support and encouragement meant to both enhance the membership experience for current members while marketing the value added experience of membership to the Facility Management Community in the State of Delaware.
