CONGRATULATIONS TO 2010 IFMA DELAWARE GREEN BUILDING AWARD WINNER: Cooperson Associates
At the recent Year End Delaware Chapter of IFMA Meeting, Green Task Force Chair Lynn Everhart is shown presenting the 2nd Annual Green Building Award to Michael Lukshides, Architect from Cooperson Associates for the Price Run Pool House in Wilmington.
The overall project winner was cited for leadership in the categories of General Green, Indoor Environmental Quality, Materials and Resources, Energy and Atmosphere, and Water Efficiency. Projects that were also recognized as showing leadership in one or more categories included four projects completed by the EDiS Corporation including the Russell W. Peterson Wildlife Center, Cape Henlopen High School, the John M. Clayton School, and Lancashire Elementary School.
