Sarah Bolmeyer has been an active member of our Chapter since 2005 and immediately joined the membership committee. One year later she became the membership chair, where she stayed for two years. In 2008 the membership/marketing committee won the IFMA National Award of Excellence in membership and marketing for a small chapter (under 250 members) due to the efforts of the committee during those two years. In 2009, Sarah took over the post of Vice President, but still remains active in the membership committee. Sarah is part of the Corporate Services team at BlackRock in Wilmington, DE and assists with moves, construction projects, space planning, and other facilities functions.

Pam Nelson has been a member of IFMA since 2006 and was recruited to serve on the Program Committee soon thereafter. She was the Program Committee Chair for the last 3 years. Pam is the Facility Manager and Business Development Manager for Duffield Associates, an engineering consulting firm headquartered in Wilmington with regional offices in Georgetown, DE, Carlisle and Philadelphia, PA, Cape May Court House, NJ, and North East, MD.

Youness Baftechi
Youness Baftechi has been a Facilities and Real Estate Professional for more than 25 years. Since, 1999 to present he has been a Managing Partner for Advanced Facilities Management Services, Inc. (AFMS), offering real estate, facility planning and project management services to commercial developers, the design community and directly to end users. Prior to AFMS as a Manager of Corporate Services for Blue Cross Blue Shield he was responsible for all aspects of Facilities Management, Asset Management, Vendor Management, Space Planning and utilization, Furniture Procurement, Real Estate acquisitions and dispositions, Lease negotiations, Site selection and due diligence, Budget Management, Construction Management, and Cafeteria services. Youness joined IFMA Philadelphia in 1985, and between 1985 and 1990 served on the Membership, Educational and Program Committees. He formed the IFMA Delaware Chapter in 1990, and served as Chapter President in 1990-1991 and 2004-2005. He also served as Membership Chairperson, Treasurer and on the Golf Committees.

Pamela Paone has been an active member of the Delaware Chapter since 2005 and quickly got involved with the Membership Committee. She continued her involvement with the Golf Committee, Green and Partner / Sponsor Committees. She has been serving as Secretary since early 2011. Pam is a Senior Executive and Partner at CADapult FM, which provides facilities management software solutions to small, medium and large corporations, government agencies, hospitals, and other institution in the US and around the world. She also serves the Architectural, Engineering and Construction Management industry as it relates to Building Information Modeling with the assistance of the Autodesk line of products.

Harriet McGraw has been a member of IFMA Delaware since 2001 and has served on the Programming Committee for 7 years. In addition, Harriet has served on the Delaware Chapter Board as Vice President, then President for two years, Past President for two years, President again for a year, and once again Past President. Upon completion of BlackRock's building in the Bellevue Corporate Center Harriet joined the Corporate Services department at BlackRock and is now a Director. Harriet was appointed Regional Satellite Manager for a number of BlackRock locations, where she is responsible for space planning, projects, and the general Corporate Services function.
