Harriet McGraw has been a member of IFMA Delaware since 2001 and has served on the Programming Committee for 6 years. In addition, Harriet has served on the Delaware Chapter Board as Vice President, then President for two years, and Past President for two years. She has attended IFMA's World Workplace, the IFMA Leadership Workshop, and the NFM&T conference in Baltimore. Harriet started out as Office Manager of BlackRock's Philadelphia location in 1997, where she managed space planning and vendor relationships. Upon completion of BlackRock's building in the Bellevue Corporate Center and closure of the Philadelphia site in early 2001, Harriet joined the Corporate Services department at BlackRock and is now a Director. Harriet was appointed Regional Satellite Manager for a number of BlackRock locations, where she is responsible for space planning, projects, and the general Corporate Services function. Harriet believes that the difference between good and great in a Facilities role is the ability to listen, understand and balance the needs of both the employees and the corporate culture, all while be cognizant of the current economic situation.

Sarah Bolmeyer has been an active member of our Chapter since 2005 and immediately joined the membership committee. One year later she became the membership chair, and has been so ever since. Just this year, the membership/marketing committee won the IFMA National Award of Excellence in membership and marketing for a small chapter (under 250 members) due to the efforts of the committee over the past two years. Sarah is part of the Corporate Services team at BlackRock in Wilmington, DE and assists with moves, construction projects, space planning, and other facilities functions.

Bruce Finnicum has been an active member of our Chapter since 1994 and has served over the years on the Board as Treasurer, Website and Technology Chair and Partner/Sponsor Programs Chair. Most recently he has been actively involved on the Membership and Marketing Committee over the past few years. Bruce has been a sales and marketing consultant in the office furniture industry with Advanced Office Environments for over the past 20 years.

Brenda McDade has been an active member of the Delaware Chapter since 2001 and has served on the Program Committee where she collected the meeting RSVP's. She served on the Strategic Planning Committee in 2008. Brenda is a sales representative for Kay & Sons, a company specializing in shading systems, daylight harvesting and window treatments.

Youness Baftechi has over twenty years of experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate Consulting, and Administrative Services, with Advanced Facilities Management Services and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware. Since, 1999 he has been a Managing Partner for AFMS, offering real estate, facility planning and project management services to the commercial developers, design community and directly to end users. Prior to AFMS, from 1979 to 1999, he held several positions in Finance, Facilities Management, as a manager Corporate Services at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware. Youness joined IFMA Philadelphia in 1985, and between 1985 and 1990 served on the Membership Committee, Educational Committee and Program Committee. He formed the IFMA Delaware Chapter in 1990, and served as Chapter President in 1990-1991 and 2004. Youness also has served as Membership Chairperson and on other Chapter Committees.
