Cheryl Titcher has been a member of IFMA since 2008 and a member of the Program Committee for the past 2 years. Cheryl is the Marketing Manager for BrightFields, Inc., woman-owned environmental consulting and professional services firm that delivers a full range of environmental investigation, audit, remediation and management solutions. BrightFields is headquartered in Wilmington with regional offices in Milford, DE, and Baltimore, MD.

This Committee organizes, promotes and executes ideas for programs that highlight education within the Chapter which are geared to the profession of facility management.

The Committee is responsible for scheduling monthly programs coordinating both speakers and venues. Meetings in the past have been either evening or luncheons. Through special programs, educational opportunities are offered to the membership. Tours are also arranged to expose IFMA Delaware to different facility solutions throughout the Delaware Valley and provide networking opportunities. We meet the second Thursday of each month and would welcome anyone who wants to participate or offer suggestions for programs or topics to include in our regular meetings.

Danielle Alderman has been a member of IFMA since 2007 and has recently joined the Delaware chapter and the membership committee. Danielle is part of the CORT team and assists companies with rental office furniture for relocations, expansions, disaster recovery and other temporary situations.

 
Matt Mangat

Matt Mangat is currently the Manager of the Special Projects Division at Nason Construction. He is responsible for business development, estimating and project management of smaller or specialized projects. Matt has been working with Nason for five years, and has held positions within both Operations and Pre-Construction. Matt is active in several associations, such as; ABC, DCA, Commercial & Industrial Realty Council, The Delaware Medical Group Management Association and belongs to a local Rotary Club.

The Membership & Volunteer committee reaches out to existing members to make sure their needs are being identified and met by the chapter. In addition to this we also reach out to the Facilities Management Professional in Delaware and let them know of the services and benefits that our chapter can offer to them. Under the marketing arm of our group we promote the Delaware Chapter of IFMA at local trade shows, industry events and in business publications. New committee members are welcome to join us.

Mark Mankin

Mark Mankin began his career in higher education at Delaware Technical and Community College and next served as Coordinator in Student Life at Goldey Beacom College.He then returned to his alma mater, the University of Delaware in Newark, and has held progressively responsible positions within the University's residence hall system for the past twenty five years. In Mark's current position as Coordinator for Facilities, he implements project management practices on an annual budget of over one million dollars, dedicated to improving the overall appearance and experience of on campus living. Mark holds the credential, CFM, or Certified Facility Manager.

Bruce Finnicum has been an active member of our Chapter since 1994 and has served over the years on the Board as Treasurer, Website and Technology Chair and Partner/Sponsor Programs Chair. Most recently he has been actively involved on the Membership and Marketing Committee over the past few years. Bruce has been a sales and marketing consultant in the office furniture industry with Advanced Office Environments for over the past 20 years.

 
Cheri Anderson-Tuohey

Cheri Anderson-Tuohey has been an active member of the IFMA Delaware chapter since 1996 and is currently serving on the Communications committee. Cheri has been a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) since 2005 and a certified Interior Designer (NCIDQ) since 1998. Cheri started in Facility Management with MBNA in 1993 and remained with them through the conversion to Bank of America in 2006. Cheri is currently the Manager of Facility Planning and Administration for 21st Century Insurance.

The Communications Committee was developed by our Chapter to increase the communication between our members, nonmembers and our Chapter leaders and Committees. The website is a tool to allow for updating member - non member profiles, to allow for payment by credit card, to allow RSVP's from the website and to give our Platinum Partners and Gold Sponsors better visibility and exposure. It will also allow us to send e-mails efficiently and to keep the information up-to-date and available to all.

Chip Rankin

Chip Rankin has been a member of the IFMA Delaware since 1993 and has served on the golf committee for 17 years. He regularly attends DE IFMA meetings and has attended almost every World Workplace since 1993. Chip is the Owner and President of MilliCare by EBC which has offices throughout the mid-Atlantic area of the U.S. and has 9 associates that are IFMA Members in 5 different chapters. MilliCare by EBC is one of the largest commercial carpet cleaning companies in the country and maintains carpet in over 600 facilities. Chip holds a BA in Economics from Albion College and an MBA in finance from Wayne State University.

The Golf Outing Committee is responsible for all the organization and leadership of the IFMA Delaware Golf Outing. This year again the committee and IFMA leadership has chosen the Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County to be the main benefactor. The day is a full day event with lunch golf dinner and networking cocktail hour. There are also sponsorships sold and gifts donated for very fun and successful auction and raffle.

Harriet McGraw

Harriet McGraw has been a member of IFMA Delaware since 2001 and has served on the Programming Committee for 7 years. In addition, Harriet has served on the Delaware Chapter Board as Vice President, then President for two years, and Past President for two years, and president again for a year. She has attended IFMA's World Workplace, the IFMA Leadership Workshop, and the NFM&T conference in Baltimore. Harriet started out as Office Manager of BlackRock's Philadelphia location in 1997, where she managed space planning and vendor relationships. Upon completion of BlackRock's building in the Bellevue Corporate Center and closure of the Philadelphia site in early 2001, Harriet joined the Corporate Services department at BlackRock and is now a Director. Harriet was appointed Regional Satellite Manager for a number of BlackRock locations, where she is responsible for space planning, projects, and the general Corporate Services function. Harriet believes that the difference between good and great in a Facilities role is the ability to listen, understand and balance the needs of both the employees and the corporate culture, all while be cognizant of the current economic situation.

The Delaware Chapter of IFMA invites you to review the benefits of the PPP and GS programs. Both Programs offer a wide array of educational, networking, social programs, and community service opportunities to our professional and associate members. Lynn Turner

Lynn Turner is a member of IFMA and has been an active member of the Green Task Force. Lynn is a Project Engineer for DEDC (Delaware Engineer and Design Corporation). She manages and leads multi-disciplined projects for multiple clients. Lynn has been interested in sustainable design for many years. Lynn's leadership of the Green Task Force will allow her to promote and support sustainability efforts in our community with the goal of making an impact on environmental quality through green design.
